MEET THE OWNERS
CODY GUPTON + JUSTIN JOHNSON
Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Cody Gupton has made a name for himself in the real estate world. After several successful years as a realtor, he transitioned over to the construction industry, opening his own construction business. In addition to his own business, Cody worked as a project manager for a commercial construction company, overseeing their high-cost builds. Fueled by his desire to fully harness his skills, he partnered with Justin Johnson to create Sumner Heritage Building Company.
From foundation to roofing, Justin has embraced every opportunity to contribute to the creation and perfection of homes and businesses. With years of experience in various aspects of the construction and remodeling process, he has taken pride in delivering a finished build that exceeds expectations. As the owner of Native Creek Construction, an excavation company, Justin sought to become more involved in the complete construction process of luxury living. From this desire, and partnership with Cody Gupton, Sumner Heritage Building Company was born.
